A: No.



Q: Can I book / rent part of the clubhouse facility?

A: Yes.

A: $300.00 for 4 hour exclusive event at Clubohouse  $350.00 cleaning deposit required.

Q: Is this Association part of a Community Development District (CDD)?

A: No.

Q: Are dumpsters allowed?

A: Not unless arranged with management.



Q: What day are recycles (trash / waste / garbage) picked up?

A: Wednesday is Recycle
